Ingestion
Humans use a gastrointestinal system - eat with mouth - digest with stomach and intestines.
Plants absorb nutrients from the ground and photosynthesize sugars from CO2 and sunlight. Flowers don't do much. Flowers are actually part of the reproductive apparatus of a plant.
Transport
Human - circulatory system
Plant - xylem and phloem specialized transport structures (vascular tissues)
